Where we get personal information from

The only place we will get your personal information is from you directly.

How long we keep information

  • Sales information - Your name, address, and contact details will be retained for 7 years from the date you make payment for the related goods and services to comply with HMRC retention rules.

  • Enquiry information - Details you provide as part of any enquiry will be retained for 5 years from the point of your last communication to allow us to understand the types of enquiry we receive to allow us to develop our goods and services offering.

  • Newsletter information - Details you provide to sign up to the newsletter will be retained for as long as you are subscribed.

The only time we will share your personal information with anybody is if an organisation we’re legally obliged to share it with requests it.

You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
